Storytime: Legends of the Divine Feminine in Discussion with Julie Peters
Join Julie Peters for a special online reading and discussion of a story about a goddess or divine feminine figure from all over the world. We will meet Inanna, Skywoman, Mother Mary, Oshun, Jezebel, and many more. We will explore their historical context and what these divine women might have to teach us about our everyday lives. Discussion is welcome and encouraged (but not required), and we may also share a meditation based on the themes of the story. These stories are sourced from Julie’s series of books including Maiden, Warrior, Mother, Crone, and Witch, Healer, Priestess, Outcast.
These sessions will be recorded and sent to any participants who could not be there in person. An edited version may also be shared on Julie's podcast Popcorn Therapy at a later time.
