Do you have a relationship with the moon? Would you like to learn more about the energies and meanings of each phase of the moon and the practices you can do to support your intuition, physical health, and spiritual wellness? If so, this course is for you, fellow lunatic.

For each phase of the moon (New, Waxing, Full, and Waning), you’ll get an audio lesson on the energies and meanings of that phase, a lesson on Tarot images that connect with those energies, and suggested practices including a guided meditation and a yoga class. There are also two bonus lessons on menstruating with the moon and a 24 hour cycle. You can do this practice weekly in alignment with a moon cycle, or simply do it when it works for you, picking and choosing what you’re interested in, and reflect on the lessons as the moon cycles, returning to the lessons and practices whenever you like.

Get to know your body better and how it cycles with the natural world (including in terms of menstruation and other physical cycles). Connect with your intuition, your body, your heart, and your mind through the wisdom of the eternally, ever-changing Moon.
