Want to join my coven?

I’ve been thinking about ways of getting together as a group to feel into the moon phases, explore some Tarot, and connect groups in a healing capacity. And I think I’ve got it—let’s start a coven!
A coven is a gathering of witches. The word “witch” can mean a lot of things, but all it means to me is someone who taps into their own intuitive powers and the powers of the natural world. Being a witch doesn’t have to require initiation, a leader, or any religious doctrine—in some ways, it rebels against all that. It’s a practice of inner connection that doesn’t need an authority figure.
Of course, some witches might be a little more orthodox than me—I love the Wheel of the Year celebrations, but I don’t consider myself Wiccan. I prefer to follow the natural symbols that we all share, like the seasons, the phases of the moon, and the archetypes and symbols that can come through something like Tarot. I love mythology and spiritual teachings from all over the world, and I want to learn more about those, too. I think witches could be Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, Atheist, or anything else. At this point, I have a strong sense of spirituality, but I couldn’t tell you what it’s called. It comes from the signals of my body and my heart and how I’m connected to the web of everything. It just is.
I’ve always wanted a coven, but it’s somehow felt too restrictive, too secretive, too hard to figure out logistically. I had one for a brief phase of the pandemic, and I miss it all the time. So why don’t we make one? You can come too, if you want to. Here’s my proposal:
Every new moon, let’s meet online. We’ll check in, we’ll talk, maybe we’ll pull some Tarot, we’ll think about spirituality and magic together. All faiths/non-faiths are welcome and all genders are welcome, too. We’ll co-create the space as we go, feeling out what would be most supportive for the group. Attendance is $20+tax per session.
